We’ve compiled some of our most frequently asked questions as schools start to head into the new academic year and continue to host their rescheduled commencement ceremonies.
What are your hours of operation?
We are currently operating on summer hours, Monday-Wednesday 9-12 Noon EST.
How fast can you get honor cords delivered to us?
We have an ample supply of all colors and honor cords in stock. During our summer hours, orders of in-stock items placed August 7-10 will ship out on Tuesday August 11th.
When we return full time in the fall and operate outside of summer hours, orders placed by 12:00 Noon weekdays generally ship the same day via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days delivery) or UPS. We choose the service that will get your order to you the fastest.
Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes! If placing your order online, select the purchase order option at checkout. If placing your order by email or fax, please send us a copy of the purchase order and we’ll take it from there.
Where are your products made?
We are proud to offer quality honor cords, stoles, and medallions that are Made in America!
How are you handling your shipments during COVID-19?
Our team operates with a modified business solution, complete with remote and isolated order processing locations.
Our goal is to continue to safely deliver honor and recognition gear to schools and institutions to have ready for their students as graduation plans get reworked. We understand the importance of graduation regalia and what it means to students and faculty and want graduates to mark their accomplishments in a way in which they deserve.
