Congratulations on your graduation! This is a momentous occasion, and you deserve to be honored with a party that is as special as you are. Now that your hard work is done, it’s time to celebrate! Here are some tips on how to plan the perfect graduation party:

1. Set a budget. This will help you determine the size and scope of your party.
2. Choose a date and time. Make sure to choose a date and time that works for the graduate and their guests. Keep in mind any school-wide celebrations that may interfere with personal parties. You don’t want anyone to miss out! 
3. Find a location. This could be your home, a rented space, or a restaurant.
4. Send out invitations. Be sure to include all of the important details, such as the date, time, location, and dress code.
5. Plan the food and drinks. You can either cook the food yourself or hire a caterer. A food truck is a great way to serve your guests and add a bit of novelty they’ll be talking about for weeks!
6. Decorate. This is a great way to add personality to your party. Include your school’s colors so everyone driving by knows your now alma mater! 
7. Don't forget seating! Make sure to provide plenty of tables and chairs that are comfortable for all ages.
8. Plan some activities. This could include games, music, or dancing. Nobody likes a quiet party. Set the tone with a great playlist your guests will all enjoy.
9. Take lots of pictures. This is a day that you'll want to remember forever.
10. Don't forget the cake! This is a graduation party, after all.

• Get input from the graduate. This is their party, so they should have a lot of say in the planning.
• Be flexible. Things don't always go according to plan, so be prepared to make changes if necessary.
